NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL QUALITY PROGRAMS FOR HEALTH INSTITUTIONS

A healthcare facility is a complex system, in which structures and processes are interconnected in such a way that the operation of one component affects the entire system and the final result. The accreditation process is a method that streamlines and organizes healthcare facilities and, most importantly, the continuous education of its professionals. The scope of the services involves meeting the requirements of the accreditation manual. We provide standard documentation to meet objectives, which then need to be adapted to specific processes conducted by the professionals responsible for these processes. In addition to the phases provided by routine consulting, our proposal includes a schedule with the following services:

  • General mobilization
  • Training all employees on the manual
  • Team awareness building
  • Training on normative regulations
  • Comprehensive and in-depth internal audit of all processes
  • Audit report
  • Assessment report of the quality system
  • Support in the development of critical analysis
  • Support in solving non-conformities
  • Full monitoring of audits
  • Support in hiring a certified accreditation agency

GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES

The Brazilian health legislation dictates that facilities conducting activities with health-related products or services must observe the applicable Good Manufacturing Practices, which can be defined as the set of norms and procedures that address a given identity and quality standard of a product or service.
Documental, together with our partners, offers advisory services in developing a Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and in obtaining the Good Manufacturing Practices Certificate with ANVISA.
